Disney Brings Tron Legacy To Life With Cutting Edge Digital 3D Technology

Tron Legacy is a member of the new generation of Disney 3D film productions. The film stars Jeff Bridges as well as a lot of other Disney film favorites. Several of the actors in this film were in the prequel over twenty years prior. 


Tron Legacy was a great choice for 3D as it takes place in a living video game through which a man and his allies have to search for his missing father. The father is a computer game programmer who has somehow become trapped in his own game for over two decades, having disappeared without a trace. 


The scenery of this science fiction phenomenon, as well as its family appeal, makes it a perfect proponent for the arena of 3D film. Other big hits in the science fiction world include films like Avatar, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows movie, and The Last Airbender. 3D is an extremely popular method of marketing science fiction films to a wider audience. Tons of people enjoy seeing 3D movies for the spectacle, without really caring about the characters or storyline. The combination of this and developing technology has helped 3D gain the huge surge of popularity in twenty first century pop culture. 


Though the 3D format didn't start with newer films like Tron Legacy, the incredible improvement in technology has helped to make the 3D modern movie much more successful than past incarnations. Disney is one of the forerunners in the production of 3D effects and they have been creating these types of films since the early days. Disney now produces many of the 3D films that grace theaters. Nearly every major Disney movie released since the early 2000s has been available in 3D. The movies being produced with this technology today are nothing like their early predecessors. These films are enhanced with state of the art digital technology in order to make the experience one that movie goers will not easily forget. 


From here 3D productions are only guaranteed to get better and better. It is very likely that most people will soon have a television in their living room that is capable of presenting 3D film images without the use of special viewing glasses. The existence of 3D is expected to become even more common place. Eventually all movies may be released in this format, or something very similar.

Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Movie – A Thrilling Film

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Movie is probably one of the most exciting movies of the year, and that is why many people are waiting for its release.  You need to wait for the other part of this movie too because it will be released in two parts.  This film is also based on the novel written by J.K. Rowling, as all of the Harry Potter series are based on her novels having the same title. 

Initially, only kids were interested in Harry Potter movies, but these days, even adults have a craze about these films because of the progressing story.  Harry Potter was a small kid in his first film, but he has grown up into a teenager with Harry Potter series, and hence new adventures are coming up in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows movie.  Just like the previous movies, this one is also an adventure movie, based on the concept of magic and fantasy. 

Tron legacy is story revolves around Voldemort, the harbinger of wicked forces, whose strength has largely increased.  Due to his growing power, he will be able to control both the Hogwarts and the Ministry of Magic.  Our heroes, Harry, Hermione and Ron join hands to fight him by completing the work of Dumbledore and to look for the remaining Horcruxes if they have to defeat Voldemort.  But since the powers of the dark lord have become even stronger, they have to plan everything well and act according to the decided strategy. 

When you will watch Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows movie, you will certainly love it because it is a complete entertainment and exciting movie.  If you have plans to watch this film, then you must book in advance, since Harry Potter fans from all around your city would already be racing to get tickets for it.  You can check it out on wikipedia for more details.

It is going to release soon, and you must be prepared to watch the heart thumping act of Harry against Voldemort.  Will Harry be able to defeat him, or will Voldemort finally take over the total ministry- we can tell only after watching the film.  Everyone is waiting for its release and we can say that it will be the most exciting movie of the year.

The 3D Film Advance In Films

It was once quite rare to hear of a 3D film coming to theaters, but it has become common in recent years.  Though the idea of 3D films has been around since the 1950’s, it was not until very recently that technology has truly caught up with the imagination of film makers and producers who try to create a visually immersing world for their audiences.  Thanks to special equipment and film making techniques, directors and producers can make their idea for a 3D film into reality and create a totally three dimensional experience for their audiences.  


The techniques used to make a 3D film are borrowed directly from the human eye and stereoscopic vision, which is the process by which we see different images through each eye which are fused together by our brain.  To obtain the right visual effect, 3D movies must be filmed using cameras with two side by side lenses.  Movies made with computer technology, like Avatar and tron legacy, can also be produced in the same way to create a stereoscopic film.  When you view a 3D movie, you are really looking at both of the images captured by each camera lens at once; wearing special 3D glasses is what allows you to process both images at the same time.  


You have likely seen an old style 3D film which uses special red and blue 3D glasses to produce the three dimensional depth effect.  These glasses work because the two images combined to create a stereoscopic film were projected through a red light filter and a blue light filter, which can combine when you wear the 3D glasses.  Although this created the right optical illusion, having to use red and blue light limited the colors that could be used in the films.  Try to go wikipedia for more info.


Vibrating light waves moving on one plane, called polarized light, is how we watch 3D movies today.  Dual projectors send out one horizontally polarized and one vertically polarized image during a 3D film.  The 3D glasses the audience wears have different filters over each eye so that only one type of light wave can enter each eye.  Without this technology, 3D movies would not be the same; filtering light waves gives you the illusion of depth that makes a 3D film pop off the screen and come alive.
